Artist Information

Cost:

10×10 space: $95 flat fee  (2 artist booth share: +$40)

10×20 space $155 flat fee (2 artists can share a double booth for no additional fee)

Setup:

Friday: Artists may set-up there tents and displays on Friday afternoon (no security on Friday, so tents and fixed displays only please)

Saturday: Setup begins at 9am, all vehicles must exit the festival site no later than 11am.  Official festival hours are from Noon to 8pm (though you can sell earlier and later if you would like).

Note: While tents are not mandatory, they are heavily encouraged.  You will also need to bring a tarp to close the front of your tent (or cover your displays before leaving on Saturday night).  We will completely close the lot and provide security from 8pm Saturday until 11am on Sunday.

Sunday: Official Festival hours are from Noon to 6pm.

Artists Hospitality:

We will have bottled water, meat, cheese, veggie and fruit trays.  Plus, indoor bathroom facilities!

Extra Services:

For those who don’t normal accept credit cards, for a small fee (to cover our expenses), the Gallery will be happy to “run” credit cards (Visa/Mastercard) upon the artists request.

Also, feel free to tell potential customers that they can arrange with the Gallery of pickup of their purchases anytime during the week following the show.  Delivery services are also available from the Gallery for a fee.

  1. Hi! I can send you some more pics. I am enjoying doing southern folk art right now. I have participated in the Southern Heritidge Folk Art Festival in Memphis put on by the Center of Southern Folklore. I have pieces in there as well. On one of my pages I have an indoor booth set up on my website. I think this festival may be a great fit for me and I have friends in Chattanooga. I look forward to hearing from you.
